Tim is a pioneer in profit-driven marketing solutions. After leading some of the most successful direct programs for AOL, he founded LIFT in 2003. Tim understands how to motivate audiences and his clients know they can rely on him and the LIFT team to create results-lifting solutions to their most complex marketing issues. Tim is a Packer fan in a sea of 49er faithful. The cheese hat only comes out on special occasions.
Krista is an accomplished direct-to-consumer marketer with over 15 years experience in optimizing lifecycle communications and retention marketing programs. Among a range of clients and industries, Krista spent several years planning successful integrated campaigns for AT&T and Cricket Wireless including emerging and direct-response based digital media. As a recognized expert in her field, Krista has been published in Mobile Marketer and has also spoken at Industry events Seattle Interactive Conference and VentureBeat in San Francisco. When she is not at LIFT, she is found basking in the sun with a good book.

Jason has a proven track record of building, managing and growing global accounts for industry giants such as Starbucks, Nike, Disney and Icebreaker through the delivery of strategic digital solutions. When he is not at LIFT, Jason spends his free time sailing the San Francisco Bay and doing his best to avoid Karl the Fog.
Marisa has worked across marketing disciplines for agencies big and small, including McCann Erickson/MRM, Wunderman DraftFCB and Warner/Avalon, for Microsoft, HP, T-Mobile, PG&E, Converse and Snapfish. Marisa is also a die-hard cyclist; the hills of Marin don’t stand a chance.
Lindsey brings a creative approach to operations and process, tailoring solutions to individual client needs. Her background includes success in account management of direct-to-consumer work for Time Warner Cable, Aetna, Cigna, Domino’s Pizza and Home Depot. In her off time you’ll find Lindsey marching in almost any parade, moonlighting as a cabaret dancer, DJing for her friends or attending live shows of all variety.
Brian’s title says Creative Director. But he’s equal parts creative leader, strategic thinker and business problem solver. He spent nearly a decade at Digitas leading cross-channel, demand-generation programs for Comcast consumer and B2B segments. In prior stints at Ogilvy and Grey, he developed creative solutions for blue-chip clients like American Express, AT&T Wireless, Goldman Sachs, IBM and People magazine. An adopted New Yorker, he still bleeds Philadelphia Phillies red, Eagles green and fully Trusts the Process.
