Digital Marketing Specialist

Hello! We’re looking for a smart, hardworking digital media expert with 3-4 years of experience to help grow business for our clients and evolve LIFT as an agency. You will be the digital marketing lead on all campaign and evergreen projects for our fastest-growing clients. We’re looking for someone with a growth mentality who’s excited about designing, testing and optimizing paid social, display and digital experiences that acquire new customers based on measurable results.


You will work collaboratively with the strategy, media and account teams focusing on an analytical and process-based approach to execute and monitor digital initiatives. Your focus will be on the ongoing development, maintenance and execution of clients’ paid digital acquisition programs. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing the media planning, execution, testing and optimization of of paid digital acquisition channels including search, social, display, video, programmatic, remarketing and others as relevant. You are expected to be the digital expert within our agency–knowing how the channels are evolving, determining best practices across paid media and finding winners.


  • Test Planning. Creating and implementing A/B testing plans, segmenting audiences and tracking properly to optimize campaigns to increase effectiveness
  • Tracking. Manage pixel placements and tracking codes by working with appropriate teams to place and QA new pixels when necessary
  • Execution. Full campaign execution including trafficking of digital display ads, Facebook ads buildout, management of SEM including keyword strategy, PPC, link building, page rank and more. Continuous monitoring of campaign execution to ensure proper tracking, targeting and pacing is on par
  • Response Analysis. Develop and run all digital reporting including campaign recaps. Analyze campaign performance, providing recommendations for creative and targeting optimization based on data and findings


  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role with strong knowledge of current digital landscape, platforms, tactics, technologies and best practices
  • Proven success managing online marketing programs with CPC, CPA and CPM cost models
  • Previous experience required using digital tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager/Doubleclick, Facebook Business Manager)
  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads strategies and implementation
  • Thorough knowledge of search ranking and optimization factors and key algorithm updates preferred
  • Google Adwords and Google Analytics Certifications preferred
  • Ability to review vast amounts of industry- or category-specific research, synthesize and draw relevant conclusions and insights
  • Experience in building presentations and telling a clear story
  • Ability to work well in small teams alongside strategists and account managers
  • Great project management and organizational abilities
