Content Manager

San Francisco, CA

This is a hybrid Editor/Project Manager role that supports the creation and versioning of print and digital advertising collateral for our clients, including direct mail and email. This is NOT a writing or strategy position. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and has experience with proofreading, quality assurance, version control, marketing or project management.

  • Follow every step of our content creation and approval process to create the highest quality content
  • Ensure consistent creative and copy across a variety of formats and numerous versions
  • Unwavering commitment to quality, accuracy, consistency and adherence to brand standards
  • Works well in an extremely fast-paced, changing environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to motivate and drive collaboration cross-functionally without direct authority
  • Strong written communication skills
  • 3-5 years’ experience in proofreading, quality assurance, version control, marketing, project management or a related field
